Case story

Enterprise functionality designed for the user on the move

To extend their customer experience, Jublo asked us to help design a streamlined mobile application targeted at facility managers and janitors.

Building on the existing web app, we aimed to design an efficient, focused companion app for a specialised audience. We worked hand-in-hand with Jublo’s cross-functional team to prioritise the app’s initial feature set. Our approach centred around developing a flexible task management system that integrated seamlessly with the web app. We also established a scalable mobile design system with a style guide and components.

Despite the challenge of condensing a comprehensive web experience into a mobile format, we successfully launched Jublo’s inaugural mobile app, further enhancing its customer support capabilities.
