Frequently asked questions

Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Schedule an initial meeting with our CEO, Frederick, where your needs are coordinated. Is design as a service even right for you?

When the practical details are in order, the fun begins. You choose a task, and we deliver our first design within a few days.

The best designers are already working full-time.

It can be a hard sell to convince them to jump ship. Especially for smaller startups or larger organizations where design hasn’t been prioritized.

Another big reason is commitment and flexibility. You can easily pause Design as a Service for one or two months. A full-time designer needs to be occupied with relevant tasks all day every day.

We iterate your design until you are satisfied. We are skilled at hitting the mark on the first attempt, but some situations require revision or alternatives.

We are happy to help with that.

You will be assigned a specialized designer who will gradually become an expert within your business, product, and target group.

We always try to match new customers with a designer who has the right balance of industry knowledge and curious uncertainty.

Innovation flourishes best under these conditions.

You can cancel and pause your subscription. If the subscription is paused, you can resume the following month.

If you choose to cancel, source files and other relevant material will be handed over so that you are free to continue working on your own.

We deliver some design tasks in a few hours, while other more complex tasks can take several days.

We deliver finished solutions with an average duration of three days. We’ll address if a task should be broken down.
