Prompt 1: Read your own screen like a stranger
Read every word on this screen. List every term, abbreviation, or concept that requires prior knowledge to understand. Don’t fix anything. Then, for each, state what the user has to already believe is true for this screen to make sense.
Prompt 2: Then find what needs a human
Which of these would you need to watch a real person hesitate on to know whether it actually matters?
