B2B SaaS teams in Europe
Scale-ups with real product complexity and no dedicated accessibility specialist. You need a clear backlog and hands to ship it.
A manual accessibility audit for B2B SaaS teams selling into the EU. We find the issues, fix them in the component library and your codebase, and re-test. From Copenhagen.

As of June 28, 2025, digital products and services in the EU must meet accessibility requirements. If your SaaS product serves European customers, you're in scope and enforcement has begun.
Automated scanners catch roughly 30% of WCAG issues. The rest require manual testing by someone who understands how real users interact with your product.
That's what our audit covers.
The EAA points to EN 301 549, which is built on WCAG. We test against WCAG 2.2 AA, so your backlog maps straight to what regulators and buyers check.
Each member state has its own market surveillance authority and its own penalties. Public sector buyers already write EN 301 549 into procurement.
Enterprise and public sector procurement now asks for accessibility evidence. A re-tested audit is what you send back.
Trusted by EU product teams
Scale-ups with real product complexity and no dedicated accessibility specialist. You need a clear backlog and hands to ship it.
North American and UK SaaS with European customers. The EAA follows the product, not the head office. We work in your timezone overlap and your codebase.
An EU client needs accessibility work you don’t run in-house. We deliver behind your brand, side by side or by referral.
So we don’t stop at the report. Three steps, one team, from first test to verified fix.
Step 1
Manual WCAG 2.2 AA review of your core user flows with NVDA, VoiceOver and keyboard only. You get a prioritised, developer-ready backlog and a live walkthrough.
Scope agreed in the first 3 days
Issues mapped to components, not just success criteria
Backlog ready to import into your tracker
Step 2
Our designers ship production code. We fix issues at the component level, in your repository, so one fix applies everywhere the component is used.
We join your standups, Slack and planning
Highest-impact issues ship first
Your design system comes out accessible by default
Step 3
We re-test after the fixes and stay on for support. You leave with evidence you can show a buyer, a procurement team or a regulator.
Re-test of every fixed issue
Updated status per success criterion
Follow-up support window

Most teams start here
Over three weeks, we go through 10 to 20 of your core screens and find what stops people from using your product. You get a prioritised backlog and a walkthrough with your team, and once your fixes are in, we test again. The price starts from €8,000 after a free 30 minute discovery call.
Deliverable: Prioritised backlog, walkthrough session, and a retest after your fixes.
Audit and fix
Everything in the audit, and then we fix it. Our design engineers work inside your codebase and your team (same repos, same standups, same definition of done) and resolve the backlog at component level, so the fixes hold across the whole product. Scope and price are set from the audit backlog.
Deliverable: Accessible components shipped in your codebase, and a cleared audit backlog.
Alternative entry point
If you already know your accessibility problems live in your components, start with the system itself. Over two to three weeks we assess your component library, token structure and documentation, fix the components that matter most, and set up governance so they stay accessible. From €4,600.
Deliverable: Working, accessible components and a governance plan.
Focus states, contrast and semantics live in the components. Compliance holds as the product grows, because every new screen is built from the same parts.

FAQ
Does the EAA apply to us if we’re not based in the EU?
Yes, if you sell digital products or services to customers in the EU. The European Accessibility Act follows the market, not the head office. Since 28 June 2025 your product needs to meet EN 301 549, and your EU customers will increasingly ask for evidence.
What is EN 301 549?
The European standard for accessible ICT. For web and app content it adopts WCAG at level AA. We test against WCAG 2.2 AA, so your backlog maps directly to the standard buyers and regulators reference.
Can you fix the issues you find?
Yes. Most teams pair the audit with implementation. We fix issues at the component level in your codebase, then re-test. One team from first test to verified fix.
Can you work under our agency’s brand?
Yes. We deliver accessibility, design systems and research for your clients under your name, or we join your pitch as the named European partner. See the three ways to work with us above.
How much does an accessibility audit cost?
Pricing starts from €8,000 for SaaS products with 10 to 20 core screens. The final cost depends on the number of screens, user flows and complexity of interactions. We send a fixed quote after a free 30-minute discovery call.
How long does it take?
Most audits are completed within three weeks from kickoff. Complex enterprise platforms with extensive user flows may take longer. We agree the timeline on the discovery call.
What’s the difference between an automated scan and a manual audit?
Automated tools catch roughly 30% of WCAG issues, mostly code-level problems like missing alt text or colour contrast failures. A manual audit evaluates all success criteria, including interaction patterns, focus management, screen reader compatibility and real-world usability that automation can’t test.
What happens after the audit?
You implement the fixes, or we do. Either way we re-test every fixed issue and update the status per success criterion, so you have evidence to show a buyer, a procurement team or a regulator.
