Goal
Be2Green, a SaaS marketplace designed to help businesses upcycle office furniture, was ready to launch a new customer portal. While technically equipped, they needed a design partner to craft a user experience that reflected their sustainable mission and resonated with users.
The goal was to design an intuitive, scalable portal that fit seamlessly into the customer journey, focused on building a minimum lovable product rather than just a functional one.
Challenge
The challenge was a tight turnaround and stepping into an industry in which we had no prior experience. Fortunately, Be2Green trusted our recommendation to use a pre-built, fully accessible component library, which helped us deliver high-quality results quickly.
Process
We began by transforming their low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity designs, ensuring alignment with their architectural decisions, commercial strategy, and future goals.
Once all four stakeholders approved the prototype, we created a developer-ready UI design. Then, we documented the entire solution and handed it to the development team for implementation.
Outcome
The outcome was a polished, developer-ready prototype that transformed their initial low-fidelity wireframes into a fully designed solution.
